Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What if I want to cancel an order?

A1. Please refer to section (9) of the Terms and Condtions. "If you want to cancel an order, we have a returns policy were you notify us within seven working days after taking delivery of the goods. The seven working days are also known as a "cooling off" period. Fill in a cancellation/returns form clearly stating your customer details in full, invoice/order number and reasons for cancellation". Also please see the applicable sections (10, 11, 12, 13 and 14).

 

Q2. Can I expect a refund upon cancellation?

A2. Please refer to section (12) of the Terms and Condtions. "Once we have possession again of the goods, and we 
recognise that they have been returned in a good condition, you can expect a refund for the full amount paid within 30 working days". Also see section (11).

 

Q3. What payment methods do you accept?

A3. Please see our Payments page. We use a payment gateway called PayPal Pro. You can pay using your paypal account, or we can accept debit/credit cards directly on the website. (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Solo, Switch).

 

Q4. Will my payment details be safe?

A4. We use a payment gateway called PayPal Pro and the checkout process is covered by an SSL certificate (see the Padlock!). We do not store your card details, nor do weshare your payment details with third parties. Rest assured, you're in good hands. Also, see the Security section of the Privacy Policy. "Transactions are completed through a secure web server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all your personal information you input before it is sent to us and our payment provider. No credit card numbers are ever handled by, or stored on our server. You can always tell if your data is securely encrypted with SSL as it will say HTTPS:// in your browser`s address bar. You will also see the PADLOCK in the left of the browser bar".

 

Q5. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

A5. Please refer to section (15) of the Terms and Condtions. "Please be aware that there is no warranty set in place for products we sell currently, unless stated in the product's description tab. Although we do intend to implement a warranty guarantee in the forseeable future on a selection of our products, and we will be updating the Terms and Conditions accordingly".

 

Q6. What happens when I make an order?

A6. Please refer to section (3) of the Terms and Condtions. "When you make a successful order online you will receive a confirmation email (enter your email details carefully) confirming the goods you have just ordered (If not in your mailbox, please check 'junk' or 'spam')".

 

Q7. How long will it take to receive my goods?

A7. Please refer to section (5) of the Terms and Condtions. "We then try our upmost to process the order within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with the delivery method you selected on the check-out page".

 

Q8. Where do you deliver?

A8. Mainland UK only.

Q10. What are LEDs?
