All prices are quoted in British pounds (£). We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate and correct, however occasionally changes occur. If this happens, we will contact you prior to shipping and confirm that you agree to the revised price or alternatively give the option to change or cancel the order.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If your order is out of stock, we will back order for you. If the delivery of the goods to us is expected to take more than a few business days we will contact you to ensure you still want to go ahead with the order.

Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT which is charged at the relevant rate of 20%.

We accept most of the major credit and debit cards. We use our partnership with Pay Pal to provide our card payment services for this website. When any order is placed on our website, card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption to ensure the security and integrity of all your sensitive data.

You will receive an email confirming your order with 24 hours of placing the order. This will include your order number and our contact details. It will also include a list of products ordered and the costs.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. eConsumption Limited is committed to protecting user’s privacy. We use the information provided by you in order to process orders, improve your use of the site and provide an optimum shopping and community experience for our customers. Information is collected from you when you register as a member or make your first purchase. When you order we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, telephone/mobile number and credit or debit card details. Your telephone number is required so that we can notify you of any problems which might arise with your order. It is also required should we need to verify your identity if we suspect your card details are being used fraudulently. The personal information we hold on our customers will be treated securely in accordance with eConsumption’s security policy and the law. We will not pass on any information or credit card details to third parties other than when required to as part of the order fulfilment. Should this be necessary, the third party involved will not disclose any of the details to another third party. We may use the information collected to occasionally send you details about functional changes to the website, new products or services or to send you a copy of our newsletter if you requested it. We will not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). Transactions are completed through a secure web server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all your personal information you input before it is sent to us and our payment provider. No credit card numbers are ever handled by, or stored on our server. You can always tell if your data is securely encrypted with SSL as it will say HTTPS:// in your browser`s address bar. You will also see the PADLOCK in the left of the browser bar.
